Introduction

Welcome to FlirtPro! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlirtPro application ("App"), provided by [Amifa e.U.] ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use FlirtPro. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

Use of External Resources

FlirtPro utilizes various external resources, including but not limited to OpenAI's services, Google Vision, and Firebase (collectively, "External Resources"). Your use of FlirtPro is subject to the terms and policies of these External Resources.

OpenAI

Our App implements OpenAI's technology for certain features. You acknowledge that your interactions with these features are subject to OpenAI's Terms of Service.

Google Vision

FlirtPro uses Google Vision for image analysis functionalities. By using these features, you are bound by Google's Terms of Service.

Firebase

Our App uses Firebase to provide essential backend services. Your use of our App is also subject to the Firebase Terms of Service.

User Conduct

You agree to use FlirtPro only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within FlirtPro.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on FlirtPro, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features ("Content") are owned by or licensed to us. Content on the App is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FlirtPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App and you rely on the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Amifa e.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you here that they have been updated.
